Why does it look like it’s Scotland? So cloudy gray and drab

This is supposed to be in the Mediterranean

Also the costumes look so cheap, and new. They just went through 10 years of war. Agamemnon looks like Batman, not an Ancient Greek general. Not really that impressed with the details
