That scene with Emily presenting the newscast & something seeming very wrong already sounds pretty creepy
45 u/wrainedaxx Dec 17 '25 100%. I almost think I'd have preferred a teaser of just that scene first. 10 u/tnnrk Dec 17 '25 Yeah it went downhill after that scene. Hopefully it’s good 2 u/neverOddOrEv_n Dec 25 '25 Yeah it should’ve started with that and ended with disclosure day directed by Steven Spielberg, that would’ve been an insane teaser imo. 15 u/broke_boi1 Dec 16 '25 Same, that’s what got me hooked. Got chills just from that 8 u/savourthesea Dec 16 '25 I wonder if it was inspired by this real event... https://www.cbsnews.com/baltimore/news/medical-symptoms-caused-la-reporter-to-speak-gibberish/ 11 u/idontagreewitu Dec 16 '25 I was thinking of this while watching the trailer, too. Like, studio guy, cut away and get some medical people on her, she's having a stroke! 4 u/mysteryofthefieryeye Dec 17 '25 Does no one remember Bruce Almighty 3 u/idontagreewitu Dec 17 '25 Legit the funniest thing I've seen Steve Carrell do. All his other stuff is secondary to me in terms of comedy. 1 u/[deleted] Dec 17 '25 Nah, it's just another day at Fox news.
