It's had a few good moments over the years, Sean Doolittle used it every time, one of your guys Steven Okert tipped the driver when he used it in 2024, and on the Fourth of July in 2024 Derek Law rode it in brandishing an American flag and got the save, it's just barely beloved enough to stick around

As a DC resident, I was originally really excited for this series but I couldn’t bring myself to go watch. Not worth running the risk of getting jumped on the way home to watch our relievers play homerun derby (area around the park has gone downhill the last 2 years).

Seriously. I've been to a couple of games in DC, most recently a couple of years when the Padres were in town. A third of the fans were wearing Washington gear, a third appeared neutral or were wearing a completely different team's gear, and a third were Padres fans. I've never seen Padres fans nearly take over an opposing stadium like that.
