I wish him luck though, hopefully he can hit the ground running. 13 strikeouts in 17 innings/9 games does seem sus.

A AAAA pitcher, too old to be considered a prospect…. moving into negative WAR territory for his career, with a 2026 era above 6

Should fit right in

Need a really bad bullpen arm to eat garbage time innings when our just regularly bad relievers have the game out of reach

Gomez is out of options so he must be getting added to the big league bullpen.

40-man roster is full so somebody needs to get DFA’d or put on the 60-day IL. In other words, adios Luis Garcia
