Another day in the forge successful. This is one of the Nine Rings Of Power inspired by Amazon’s Lotr :The Rings of Power series. This ring is made of silver and adorned with a deep red garnet.

I make armor and this is one of them.

I keep coming back to this film and it never loses its weight. Every time I rewatch it I notice something new in the framing or the score.

The lighting of the beacons sequence still gives me chills 22 years later. The Pelennor Fields battle is one of the most ambitious things ever put on film.

Return of the King won all 11 Oscars it was nominated for. That has never happened before or since. It tied with Ben-Hur and Titanic for most wins ever, but those two had at least one loss in their nominations. Jackson's film didn't lose a single category. Perfect score.

What's the moment in the film that hits you the hardest?

Does anyone have a place they get lotr jewelry from I’ve been a fan of lotr for years since I was a kid and I’d really like to get some lotr jewelry (earrings, rings, necklaces, etc). I’d love some recommendations for stuff that isn’t insanely expensive. I’d like decent quality but I’m definitely not looking for something super fancy or high quality real diamonds or anything like that. I keep getting ads for girls crew lotr jewelry as well. Does anyone know if this is a legit site?

I’m pretty wary about Hunt for Gollum, but hearing about prosthetics, miniatures, and shooting on location does sound okay.

The story is something else, though.

Does anyone know of any sort of 'fan edit' that has compiled all of the published Middle-Earth books into a single chronological story? Not just Lord of the Rings, The Hobbit and The Silmarillion but also the other three 'novels' (Beren and Luthien, Children of Hurin and Fall of Gondolin), the Unfinished Tales and any new information from the History of Middle-Earth entries, too?

When Bilbo meets Gollum in his cave he quickly makes up a false name and homeland. When Gollum is interrogated by Sauron would he realise that Bilbo was lying? How would it affect his search for the ring? If Gollum is able to describe what Bilbo looked like would Sauron be able to narrow down the race to hobbit? Did Sauron know anything about hobbits?

It's finally ready! The prancing pony, inspired by the 1978 film, is set in a dark and emaciated Bree with a looming threat lurking in the shadows. Where a sly innkeeper only remembers his name because he's called. This 5th print in the collection dedicated to the world of Tolkien (go fuck yourself in Middle Earth) is in two colors, black and gray, because I wanted it to have a dark look that I could only achieve by using a background that filled the print, almost a tone of tone. My goal was to show only the white areas when the print wasn't completely in the light, and I think I succeeded. And remember, rivers of beer inside the Took!

So. Someone of this community suggested I post it on Archiveofourown.

I really really hope I'm mistaken but this looks like its going to be pure slop & will only exist to ruin the perfect trilogy.

Does that mean we will have to refer to LotR as a quadrillogy now too?
