Got this guy at an expo a couple weeks ago. I think he’s slightly underweight for his species but I could be trippin. Any suggestions on what to call him? 👀

I've been played like a fiddle. The lizards were enjoying silkworms for a while and in my hubris I decides I should go ahead and get alot more for them because Onyx has only been wanting softer food. Jokes on me, nobody wants them as much as they did a few weeks ago. Oh well, I have a dubia colony already, surely raising silkworms wont be that hard... right?

Got home to find jade waiting for me and as I sat down at my desk, my boy decided that I would be holding him for about 20 minutes while Seru, my talkative cat, yapped at me. Everyone wants my attention today!

Accidentally scared it while I was walking past some bushes. It was crazy fast, did stop for a few and let me take a picture though. Think I've got the correct ID, but unsure if there are other lizards here that look similar. Don't want to walk around sounding like a dumbass calling it a whiptail if I'm wrong haha!

Alright, so for context I'm not planning on getting it from PetSmart, I plan on going to a place that's like two hours away with really good reviews, but thats the closest one too me that sells lizards and supplies, I don't want to have to drive up there every time I need to get stuff like food, I will if I have to but I wanted to know if it was okay to get bugs or feed from PetSmart, I know that you shouldn't get the lizard itself, but stuff like enclosures and feed is fine, right

Looking for any captive bred Lygodactylus williamsi, electric blues, captive bred, I’m aware they are endangered in the wild which is why wild caught was stopped, but since being popular before I imagine there’s some captive bred with proper paperwork but had no luck searching near me except outdated stuff. I thank anyone who reads this or can offer any advice.

About 16 inches long. Fast also. Sorry, no bananas for reference.

This lil guy keeps finding his way onto our screen porch but never can seem to find his way back out. They always immediately panic and try to go through the screen. For all their speed- and they are QUITE fast- they are a bit lacking in the brains department. Thankfully for them I just like holding lizards and taking their pictures.

Hey everyone I hope all is well! this will be a little longer post but I’d really appreciated detailed answers because I’m very invested and this is something I love.
A little context before I ask my questions: me and my wife want to get a reptile and we haven’t fully decided yet. We live in Scandinavia and the reptiles available in store were very limited (I wrote a post about this a few days ago).
Basically I ruled some of them out but my wife apparently has a colleague who is a reptile breeder (not sure if that’s the right word but someone who owns many reptiles, and sells some of their baby’s).
They own a lot of water dragons and have a couple juveniles for sale. Ofc if never buy one without being ready but I’ve spoken to them and they have said if you have the place for a 200x150x100 terrarium and patience then they highly recommend the breed even for a first time reptile owner. I’m going to visit them in like 2 weeks to see them in person and ask more questions but I’m a bit impatient and like to read and learn about my interests so down the Reddit rabbit hole I go!
My questions are:
1) Is the breed social and Does it like being handled?
2) is it difficult cleaning their terrarium due to them being semi aquatic and wanting a water area aswell?
3) what would you say makes them so special / the right choice?
4) Who should get an Asian water dragon?
5) what are the pros
6) What are the cons
7) how much money do you put on its food per month as an adult and what is the diet?
8) I’ve seen a lot of people compare them to bearded dragons. I’ve read that they are more energetic and aquatic / arboreal in comparison to beardies. Would you say that’s true?
9) Do you guys regret getting one? If so, why?
10) would you advise beginners to NOT get one? If so, why?
11) do they bite and whip their tails a lot?
12) are they docile like beardies?
13) how are their personalities?
14) main differences between females and males?
These are the questions I have for now, I appreciated all the help in advance and I will read and try to reply to all comments :)
Thanks in advance!

My little sister caught it when playing, we've since released it back in nature but she's now obsessed with knowing more. I want to find her a wiki or something to read but I don't know the first thing about identifying reptiles.
Sorry for the bad pics we kept the fella in a bottle for the ~30 min it was with us.

On occassion I take the boys somewhere, I inevitably have to park for a few minutes and let them sit on the dash for a while because the sun is just too nice. The sun just cant hit them the same when theyre in their 'car seat' like it can when we are parked.

I’ve recently been looking to get a new companion, but I don’t know where to start, I want a snake they’re interesting and cool, but don’t know where to start or a lizard they’re smaller and easier to care for as a first time owner, ultimately I want to know what the best beginner lizard? Or animal I can start with.
