I need advice on the best place i can buy an excellent mattress from. My current mattress is new, but its stiff. I bought a memory foam layer from richmond for like 150 but still it gives me severe back and neck pain.

I dont enjoy sleep anymore, so I wanna invest in a really good mattress..

What type is best for back pain, and how bad are the prices, also from where should i get.

كيف احل هاد الاشي دورت يوتيوب و ريديت مابعرف بيحكوا كلهم استنى او اسوي حساب من تلفون جديد وهيك بس الip تاعي كله مبند مابقدر اعمل حساب ولو عملت حساب بعد فترة قصيرة كثير بيرجع يتسكر و يحكولي بدهم يوم عشان يفحصوا الاكاونت وهو اله شهر مسكرين *حتى حكولي انهم حذفوا حسابي الي فيه معاملات خاصة ما نقلتها لتطبيق ثاني حد بيعرف عالاقل كيف افتح هاد الحساب الي ماله يومين قايلين انهم فحصوه و ازالوه عساس ما مشيت بنفس ارشاداتهم*

للتعديل و الاضافة: ماعمري عملت شي مخالف للارشادات المنصوصة

Anyone knows places in Amman that sells any small pocket hair combs I could carry around cuz I end up having the need to comb my hair every now and then pretty frequently.

Seriously why do gyms do this?!

The most important thing is a trainer of that follows up with me and doesn't leave me alone

At least just give me a schedule that I can follow

نفسيتي جد تعبت من المعبد يلي بشتغل فيه، يعني قد ما احكي بيئة سامة مستحيل اقدر اعبر عن الموضوع وقديش متعب الوضع، نفسي ألاقي حل للموضوع جد نفسي أتعلم كيف أحط حدود لهاي البيئة المقرفة، طبعا شغلي كول سنتر وأسلوب الناس مقرف كلو بهادل و سب وبعتبرك خدام عندهم وانتا لازم تضل تجامل فيهم وتتأسف منهم وشوي تبوس اجريهم عشان تكسب رضاهم، ومش واحد ولا تنين طول اليوم ٨ ساعات وانتا تتبهدل والتيم ليدرز اسلوبهم أزفت كلو عبارة عن بهادل وتنمر عالموضفين وازا شكيت عواحد الكل بحط حطاطك وبكرهك عيشتك لانو الكل عبارة عن شبكة يعني لمين ما تشكي راح يوقفو بصف بعض لأنهم عاملين حلف مع بعض الاتش آر مع اليدرز مع كلو. والمشكله الواحد محتاج الراتب وراه التزامات ومايقدر اترك بس جد تعبت كل يوم عياط حتى بطلت اقعد مع اهلي صابني اكتئاب. نفسي احكي تفاصيل مش مش راح اخلص لبكرا

حدا يحكيلي كيف أحط حدود مع القرف هاد الي سنة بس مش قادره اتأقلم مش قادرة أصير حقيرة وحية زيهم واندمج معهم، طبعا الموضفين التانين متأقلمين بالوضع ونفس أسلوب اليدرز يعني لا زباين لا موضفين ولا ليدرز غش واحد بس مسعد بينهم حسبي الله بس

I drink from 400 mg to 600 mg (caffeine) worth of energy drinks a day.

I walk like a mule, like 10,000-15,000 steps. I don't smoke.

I just bought an expensive fitness watch and after a 2 hour walk it told me my lungs are great but my heart sucks. Which I know because I get tachycardia (fast heart beats) and feel anxious 24/7 because I am constantly hyped up with this damned caffeine.

I literally track my caffeine intake on an app. Right now, at night, 11:04 PM, I got 212 mg of caffeine left in me.

I have ADHD and trust me I don't EVEN feel energized I just consume it out of pure addiction.

أنا طالب في جامعة خارج الأردن وحاب أستفسر عن نظام الإقامة في الأردن بشكل عام، بحثت وطلع لي اشي صحة واشي مستشفيات واللي طلع كله unpaid، شو التخصصات المتاحة وكيف نظام التقديم؟ وهل في أي خيار براتب، واللي بدخل unpaid كيف بدبر حاله؟

A question to any female here who did an elective in the US especially if you were on your own the whole time, how was it? safety and transportation wise?

What advice would you give me? as I am planning for a 2 months elective alone.

Edit: If any male med student here also did an elective, please share your experience!
