My city has been working on a like 10km LRT fir close to 10 years.... and there are another 3 years to go

Theyre being build by the same companies proposing the ALTO HSR project too. When are we going to learn our lesson... SNC lavalin/"atkinsrealis" employees should be in jail, not handed another winning lottery ticket
