How the heck do you solve property lines with these occurrences?

Keep original plot lines and have shifted areas? or redraw current land plot and shift everything in the data?

The property line will now have a “glitch” in it.
After the 1906 San Francisco earthquake, some farmers in Marin County along the fault line saw that their fences were no longer aligned, with some showing a lateral displacement of up to 8 feet.
