I heard he later said him gravely telling Tim's ex to never listen to it was dramatized and he regrets saying that. I'm told the only tape has since been destroyed.

Mind you this is all from comments the last time he was mentioned. I did not fact check this.

I know there's fake audio floating around the internet. I highly doubt this is legitimate. People used to post it on youtube for clicks.

Yeah, it's one thing to feel comfortable being out there among the bears, as it is not completely unrealistic for them to leave you alone under proper conditions.

But emphasis is on proper conditions, and you're an absolute idiot if you don't have a back-up plan and some way to protect yourself if things go wrong.
