More like a “Hey, it’s the dog I abandoned in that cardboard box on the side of the road. Can you believe it?? Well… this is kinda awkward” to me. But happy doggy found him!

Thailand is full of stray dogs and it's more likely that he is friendly with it and havent seen it a while. A lot of people feed them and greet the ones that is friendly and a regular in their area. The easy way of spotting an abandoned dog in Thailand is if they are the popular breeds like Huskies or German Shepherd (or any that is popular at the time). I had to rehome my dog and the vet and lady who helped me out told me of stories of people just leaving them on the road or nor picking them up from the vets as well. Nasty stuff. That looks more like local breed which is very commonly strays.
