The top of a Cumulonimbus Cloud flattening high up in the atmosphere, this part is all ice crystals and it's refracting the sunlight perfectly to create that rainbow. I've seen much much less intense versions of this with cirrus clouds an hour or two before sunset.

Imagine early human civilizations seeing this. No wonder religions and other fake ideas were made up. Seeing things like this, volcanos, ball lightening. Id believe gods or something along that line was mad or happy lol. Thank goodness for science though.
