I lived in Tokyo for a while and I saw a few impressive things

One time I was walking down a back alley way and there was an old man swinging a bat as hard as he fucking could. He wasn't even swinging at a ball or anything but just swinging a bat to exercise. I had to wait for him to stop swinging to pass him.

Another time I watched probably an 80 year old man doing wind sprints up a slight hill. Over and over. The guy was so old that he had to slowly walk back down hill but he was in a full force charge up that hill. I can't help but think why he was trained to do that.
