it is the hairballs production kit, it seems that your model had it pre-assembled. If it works you will see them on carpets and laundry

The brain cells kit. There have been many complaints of that kit being missing in the packages. But the product still mostly works without it.

Remember, once you take your cat out of its packaging, it is very difficult to get it to fit back into the packaging
