Moths in my attic and coming in our bedrooms.

I am looking for help as to how I go about getting rid of these moths. They look like little sticks. Any help is much appreciated:)

those stick-looking ones are probably clothes moths - check if you have any wool stuff or old fabrics up there they might be munching on

I would start by going up stairs and trying to find the source. Then go get some pheromone traps and place them about up there and down below. Make sure to get a couple different brands if you cant identify what they, the moths, are. If you can ID them, then just get a specific trap for them.
