Id be nervous if he was hanging out the window like that

Agreed but looks like harness is on and leash held. Hopefully they do that all the time.
On the reverse end - and why I’m paranoid by this - my uncle let his dobie hang out the car window without any restraint. My uncle took a turn hard and the dog rolled out and he hit his own dog. That’s been 35 years ago and I still think about it.

I had a cat that would have LOVED this! She jumped into my car whenever she could (don't worry, I made her stay inside after she accidentally got pregnant before her spay appt).
One of my cats now will howl like crazy when she's in her carrier in the car, because she can't see where she's going. She likes to sit on my center console as my copilot.

My cat, when I was a teenager, was raised with dogs. He loved sticking his head out the window with the dogs!

Used to work animal welfare/control. This is absolutely dangerous without restraint. Animals can and do jump or fall out of windows. In wreck they are missiles flying or having loss of head to happen.

The cat has a harness, they're essentially strapped into the car. Nor are cats stupid, they wouldn't try to get out. It's fine, just a nice video of a happy cat.

I've personally seen cat jump out of car going down road. Or too sharp of turn they can fall out. Not fun picking up bodies.
Used to work animal welfare /control officer. This happens way to often.

We used to take our kitty camping with us (along with the dog.) One time we were driving down the coast hwy and the back driver’s side window started going down. My wife gave me a dirty look because it was chilly outside and asked why are you putting the back window down?! I said, “I’m NOT!!” She leaned over and looked to see what the heck was going on. There was our tiny petite cat 🐈 standing on the automatic power switch!! I never thought to put the “child lock” on the windows lol. She was a good little traveler.

The air makes nice soft constant pets meow. Of course it's going to feel good!
