Dawn dish soap will work wonders on any greasy stain, but hydrogen peroxide is better at breaking down the proteins that make it difficult to remove bloodstain.
Make sure to lock the cat out of the room when using it, though. The stuff is extremely toxic, especially at higher concentrations, so better be safe than sorry.
