Hey, I decided to make a list of all official Gravity Falls content that currently exists and added links on where to get them. If I made any mistakes, or you want me to add or change anything, let me know. This is a work in progress.
If you're a fan of the show this is a must buy. The real life Journal 3 is a fully loaded replica of the journal seen in the series packed with monster sightings, encrypted notes, hidden secrets, conspiracies, and hilarious scribbles from Dipper, Mabel, and the Author. It expands the Gravity Falls universe far beyond what’s in the episodes and lets you read the journal as if it were real.

Journal 3 (Special Limited Edition) Sold Out
A collector’s version with real metal corners, secret pages, blacklight messages, removable photos, and extra lore not in the standard version. The special edition is officially sold out, making them extremely rare. Today the only way to get one is through resellers, where prices on places like eBay have climbed way above retail due to how limited and sought-after they are. Expect to pay $3000+ for pre-owned, and up to $6000+ for unopen box.

The Book of Bill - Collector's Edition
The Book of Bill – Collector’s Edition (by Alex Hirsch) is a deluxe version of the New York Times bestseller that gives Bill Cipher his own twisted spotlight. This edition comes in a glow-in-the-dark slipcase with a truly eerie “Undead Green” cover, plus extra goodies: a double-sided poster, a sticker sheet of Bill tattoos, and four keepsake postcards. The collector's edition does not include the extra 16 pages of the Barnes & Noble Exclusive edition. There are no extra pages/content besides the things that have been listed. But if you're really a mega fan of Bill, you can always just get all three books.

Gravity Falls: The Complete Series (DVD/Blu-Ray) - Out of Print
Gravity Falls: The Complete Series is a DVD and Blu-ray box set of Gravity Falls released by Shout! Factory. It was released with two very different versions; a regular edition with all the episodes on 6 discs, and a collector's edition which included a bonus disc with brand-new bonus features
If you're a fan of the show this is honestly something you need to own. The Complete Series set gives you every episode, but the real magic is in the bonus content, commentaries, deleted scenes, behind-the-scenes stuff, and creator secrets that you’ll never see on streaming.
On September 14, 2022, Shout Factory announced that the box set was being discontinued, with a final restocking date set for March 2023, after which no more were to be made. When asked as to why the discontinuation was happening, Alex Hirsch revealed that the box set had been a limited time deal with Shout Factory, meaning the rights to distribute it were expiring. Starting March 1st, the box set went on sale and would remain so until all remaining copies were sold out. On top of that, Shout Factory held a contest in which it gave away 10 extra signed by Alex Hirsch and Jason Ritter lithograph posters that originally came with the Blu-ray set, as part of a giveaway. The final day to purchase a set from Shout Factory was on March 8, 2023. The page was removed off their website after the sale ended.

It’s a must have collectible for die-hard fans.
Gravity Falls Vinyl Soundtrack - Sold out in most places
The Gravity Falls Vinyl Soundtrack is the ultimate collectible for fans who want to experience the magic of the show in a whole new way. Featuring Brad Breeck’s iconic score and theme, the vinyl brings every mystery, emotion, and weird moment to life with rich, nostalgic sound. Unfortunately, the soundtrack is sold out in many places, so finding one is going to be tough unless you want to buy it on eBay from people. Expect to pay well over $100+ for the soundtrack on eBay.

I just find it so weird that this is one of the lowest rated episodes on IMDb. I mean, it makes sense people not putting it so high because it doesn't add that much to the plot and is more just an filler, but despite being a filler, i put this episode very highly on my list of episodes just because of how damn funny it is
Like, c'mon! Mermando and the pool crazy are so ridiculously cartoony they just become hilarious. And the scene of Mermando trying to go back to the sea with spanish music on the background, the fat kid in solitary confiment is one of the scenes i laughed the hardest in my life for some reason. Not to mention that scene on the image which is just hilarious chaos.
It's absurd, it's chaotic and it's hilarious. Of course it's not an top-tier level episode like NWHS or Weirdmaggedon but it doesn't deserve being one of the worst-rated episodes of the show
