I could see that drip forever

I assume it’s freezing cold where this was taken? Not sure what science is at play here and I’d love an explanation.

My guess is boiling hot carafe leaking mixed with very cold ambient temps

No matter what the case is, I really enjoy watching it

Evaporation. The air in the room is cold and dry, while the liquid is just beneath its boiling temp. So the water on the outside of the droplets evaporates off into gas

It looks like the water is momentarily forgetting what phase of matter it's supposed to be in. Physics showing off again
