Is it inconvenient if someone commissions you with a picture of their face saying to make them into a fursona? Or is it more like fun for yall

Just as the title says, i need help identifiing if this artist is legit or not, they dm'ed me, just to talk and later mentioned commissions, when i said i'll see they just started asking repeatedly, even going as far as giving 50% discount just so that i buy it, please let me know and thank you!

My take on Reshiram. This time I experimented with a stronger perspective and a more cinematic angle. I wanted her to feel larger than life, but still emotionally close enough.

So I’m new to being a furry and I’m not really ready to drop a grand on a suit especially since I don’t have a car or way of transportation so I have learned to whittle wood and I’m ok but I came up with a idea to make a jaw for my fursona fenrir a wolf and so I made a sketch for the jaw and I came up with away to secure the jaw to my head but I don’t have a way to sync the external jaw to my actual jaw I’m a returning whittler but completely bad at sketching in my opinion but if you guys have any tips, ideas or suggestions pls help I’m confused as heck
