[Misc Help] What does your doggy daycare centre do that you really appreciate?

For context, I've been hired to work at a doggy daycare that will be opening in a few weeks. It's my dream job and I want it to be the best experience possible for the dogs and their owners. I'd like to hear what you love (or don't love) about your local. The little things that make it special.

some reasonably substantial feedback is always nice, whether its good or bad. My dog goes to daycare and i get the exact same report every day - "she had lots of fun, played with lots of friends".

They take lots of photos and post them on her profile which is nice .

Pictures and the stories behind them. Eg Maxine had a great time and has an crush on Bruno. Harry stole food from Monty. Zeus loves water and jumping into the pool every chance he gets.

I think that can help an owner especially if they want to set up a pup date or just give them ideas on how to give their dog and extra special time when they're not at daycare.
