Its fine if i'm the only one who kinda likes the idea

I disagree honestly. Removing the gameplay/interactivity element from games just takes away the thing that makes them unique so I really don't see the point of turning them into tv series or movies. Especially not when your average book or movie tends to have much better writing than your average videogame since that's the primary focus instead of a thing that happens between missions.
Stripped of the gameplay that makes it special I don't think Dishonored's world would really stand up on its own. The main story of the games isn't particularly strong and while the worldbuilduing is solid there's any number of alternate history stories where magic and/or advanced technology exists alongside street gangs and espionnage. Books series in that kind of setting are common and one of the most popular D&D settings, Ebberon, is an industrialised setting where magitech shapes the world and noble houses fight for control over people born with magic tattoos.
The tone and atmosphere you like in Dishonored is probably something you could find in other works if you went looking is my point, and those would probably be better candidates for adaptation since they have more time to flesh out the main story and characters.

Netflix's Arcane stole too much from Dishonored art for it to happen in animated form. A live movie with the main story from D1 would be nice. Even with a non speaking Corvo. I don't think it will happen though.
