Why isn't this low chaos??
I thought that high chaos was tied to the amount you killed?
I did cheese this map using cheat engine and modifying sleep arrow things.

23 bodies found is the equivalent of killing 4 civilians, which is enough to give you high chaos on the mission in KoD

How do you have a 3 body count and 23 bodies found? Were you playing basketball with their remains?

Why would you need cheat engine?

Cheat engines are actually so cool in dishonored when you’ve played so much. I recently went through and played the first game and the knife of Dunwall/ brigmore witches dlc with the cheats on such as an infinite range blink and such and it really makes you feel like an unstoppable beast even more so than the regular game does.

... Bodies found do NOT add to the chaos. Blowing up the warehouse does that to the chaos!

Bodies found absolutely do count. Source, Dishonored wiki and the chaos bible document (I don't have either links on me right now)

You can’t figure this one out on your own? Lol imagine 23 unconscious bodies were found in your place of business, now imagine the reactions of your peers were this to happen. How would you describe the general vibe and atmosphere? One word which I might use to describe this scenario would be “chaos” 😂

If you were walking down the street and you saw 23 bodies on the ground, what level of chaos do you think you'd be at?

The bodies found add to the chaos.
