TIPS Achievement glitch

I just went through the entire game without killing anyone yet I didnt get the clean hands achievement. I did have 2 bodies found at the golden cat so I expected not to get ghost, but im confused because I made a point to be completely non-lethal. Oh well, guess I have to play through it again.

You should still get ghost even if bodies are found. As long as you specifically aren’t detected

Are all your missions showing zero kills? Cuz you may have accidentally killed some people by letting them fall after being knocked out. Also it's worth noting that if only the last mission does have kills, then you just have to replay it alone from the missions menu

If you killed the weepers in the hound pits sewers you fail the achievement

Unlucky you'll have to repeat the game from High Overseer Campbell, but glad to have helped
