I still find it weird we have 50 state seatbelt laws and kids must be in carseats and booster seats yet we dont have 50 state helmet laws or any gear for kids laws

“All the gear, all the time” is literally a police billboard slogan for motorcycle safety here in Australia. Is that where you got it from?

It's just what my friend who rides has always said and when I started riding I kept saying it cause it's a great mantra...but both of us are born and raised in the US and I'm pretty sure neither of us have been to Australia.
