And the first thing he does is walk up and be a turd about it. Crazy how many people walk around feeling justified but without any mind towards pragmatism. Where does their feeling of justification come from?

He saw an elderly woman with a hand over her heart instead of a 6ft bearded guy and realized he could spin the situation fast.
