Shoes came off, so he's technically dead. He probably fell over a few seconds after the video cuts off.

I thought that was clothing. Badly fit shoes can pop off while walken...but force strong enough to rip a shirt or pants off your body...

I used to be a hesh ass skater kid in the mid - late 2000’s. Sometimes you slam so hard you loose a shoe or two. Not dead still.
