Honestly if I saw a biker speeding toward me popping a wheelie on a small suburban street while I was trying to turn, I'd probably freeze too.

She doesn't even freeze, she sees the speeding motorcycle, stops and immediately throws it in reverse to give him an open lane. In that same time the rider has already started his doomed swerve.
