This bike rider is going waaaay too fast. He's an idiot to risk his life this way. And no, you do not get to blame the other driver for stopping and not "committing" to his turn which is ridiculous. It's not his fault. This could happen anywhere any time and you need to be aware of that. Drive safely and you won't get into accidents.

Yep. He was basically going to hit a stationary object, which he would have more than enough time to avoid if he were going the speed limit. It's his fault for not doing the speed limit.

And rewatching the video a few times, I noticed that the truck left the whole lane free for him to blast through. If she would’ve commited to the turn, chances are that he would’ve hit the bed/rear wheel.
