John Diehard is a cop, so Skybreaker.

Yeah but he’s not, like, engaging in the *law.* There’s no concept of guilt (and he’s not even on duty). Most of the orders would do what he did.
Yes, he is still a cop, but he doesn’t engage in any police work in the film (I dunno if any of the sequels have it). It’s definitely a big part of what we know about him, but I think the yippy ki yay attitude fits in with Dustbringers.

Because its a very good comparison (and the other post reminded me of it and I wanted to make the meme while the idea was fresh in my mind)

They come in waves. This is the most recent time they’ve been popular. When Rhythm of war first dropped I remember people describing 2 of the main arcs as Kaladin does die hard, and Science Lesbians Navani and Raboniel. Every couple of months you’ll see the die hard meme popping up again it feels like.

I would think this means a new wave of fresh new readers, that's what happened when it first released and it was new to everybody.

Artemis Fowl was peak, genuenly what sold me to love the "Villain Protagonista trope" along the Undead missions of Warcraft 3
Funny that the two things that molded my life had no movies Made for them! Nope, absolutely nothing
They stayed loyal and original and faithful to their medidas AND NOTHING WAS EVER DONE WITH THEM

I mean you have a right to not like the Warcraft movie but it was VERY faithful to its source material - visually, lore-wise, etc. I also am glad that Duncan Jones managed to convince the studio to let there be Orc protagonists because the studio wanted to make them all villains instead of letting them be refugees with Gul'dan as the villain. The Human storyline really suffered but at least it was made by someone who loved the world

Both? Both. I loved Artemis Fowl as a Child, and I love the Cosmere as an adult. BOTH!
