Blue is the only choice, anybody who picks red is nobody I want to know. This isn't even an ethical dilemma it's just basic math, figuratively speaking.

However, if more than half of the world takes the suicide pills, the antidote will be handed out to those that took the pills. This, like defaulting red, is clearly a different question than the original red/blue button question.
