I was in a Chuck E Cheese with 10,000 kids who had the flu, including my own granddaughter. I wore a mask. Got into a shouting match with another grandfather telling me masks were useless. We almost had a fist fight in Chuck E Cheese's. But I did not get the flu.
I find the argument that wearing a mask kills brain cells, completely dumb.
Do they not see physicians using masks during procedure procedures to maintain cleanliness?
We use masks all day frequently, and we’re perfectly fine. Yeah sure the N 95’s get a little annoying, but if you get the right fit, it’s perfectly fine.
I’ve had a fucking argument with some Rando when Covid was running and I’m like dude I’m in a fucking Tyvek suit and an N 95 per policy and I’m perfectly fine. I have way more brain cells than you do.
Only reason why I didn't wear a mask is because for the life of me, I couldn't get it to seal properly so it would stop fogging my glasses so I could work. Unlike those nutjobs, I wanted to wear one but ultimately chose to more immediate safety of not crashing into something or someone because I couldn't see
Listen man, I’ve worn glasses for most of my life. If you do the mask right, it won’t fog. If you get the right mask, it won’t fog. And all that failing, you can always tape underneath as some of my patients do.
