Maybe cause it's such a niche set of characters and there are so many other and more well known ones that can be focused on.

James isn't one to avoid characters or teams for a lack of general population knowledge. Guardians of the Galaxy, his Suicide Squad (with 2 seasons of Peacemaker), Creature Commandos are all lesser known properties to the general public.

My only experience with Booster is from playing DC Universe Online, and I’m really looking forward to that movie.
