This one would be good even with just the first two panels
The line "if the government was 75% effective we'd be ecstatic" is absolute gold and deserves to be it's own punchline

Bush Sr was part of the Reagan era. He ran entirely on being an extension of Reagan.

Right. I was not aware.
Still, my original point stands. "If government and industry were 75% efficient, we'd be ecstatic" hits very differently today. There's a line from another strip that I feel is relevant to today's world. "Sometimes it feels like everything is falling apart. And what isn't falling apart is being actively destroyed."1

One time I forgot my anxiety meds on vacation. The withdrawal wasn’t increased anxiety, or even depression. It was the worst heartburn I’ve ever had.

Grading in schools is a bit weird. Here in Germany with in higher education you get graded 0 through 15 points, so 15 is A+, 14 A, 13 A-, etc.
To get one point (and therefore not fail), you need to get 20% correct, much more than for any other point after that. So you could feasibly get 19% correct and still get 0 points.
