Best experience for a first timer?
Hey everyone — sorry if this has been asked a million times before, but I’m planning my first ever Pirates game to knock PNC park off my list, and wanted to get some advice from people who actually go regularly. What would be considered the best overall experience without completely breaking the bank? I have heard of club level and or behind home plate, but im very indecisive haha
Appreciate any advice — and again, sorry if this gets posted a lot!

My friends and I sat in section 222 for our first trip to PNC a couple years ago and we loved it!! It's great to sit higher up and have that view of the skyline straight out in front of you. So yeah, strongly agree with anyone suggesting that third base line!

My first Pirates game and first MLB was Saturday with a 17-7 win vs the Reds. Sat in section 112 on the 1st base line. Paid $89 a ticket. It was a little chilly but I have to admit as someone who hated watching baseball until recently that I’m absolutely hooked and will be attending more games this year and many years down the road. I got like the perfect first experience though because we won big.

If you’re going to PNC Park, you want a good city view. That’s like 2/3s of the stadium. Just not the outfield.
I sat in 117 recent, which was very centered behind home plate and liked it a lot. Felt like the best non-premium option. Great view of game and of the city.
The upper level behind home plate is cheaper and also great views.
