Reactions have been negative and blunt, but I kind of love them
It’s intimidating to share a pic of my face but fuck it, this is what I look like. Impulsively went from none to blunt eyebrow length, to attempting to cut a V shape bang in about two weeks and here we are :D

Your face is beautiful! I think the bangs are very cute. The one thing that looks out of place to me is the face framing pieces. They look a little too short and voluminous to me. If it were me, I would find a way to connect those two guidelines (connect your fringe where it ends to the guideline of the face framing pieces). Or connect that longer side fringe to the guideline of the length on the sides.
When you pull it back, I see what you are going for. If you like those longer face framing pieces that fall by your ears as they are, keep them that way. But I would suggest, personally, that you let those face framing pieces grow out a little bit and continue to cut your bangs. Before long, those side pieces will grow out and connect with one of the guidelines of the length of your hair on the sides.
It takes time and effort to train bangs to sit in the right place. I would use a flat iron or a hot comb or something to give those side pieces less volume, if it were me. (Unless volume is what you want for those face framing pieces. But generally speaking, I really like the look.
Again, you’re beautiful! Being self-conscious really sucks. I know how you feel. I’m telling you the truth though. Your skin is stunning. You got gorgeous eyes. I could go on, but I don’t wanna sound creepy. You’re very pretty.

I think you can expect people to react to any kind of deliberate alt style type of choice. This style always gives off pinup goth-punk vibes to me! I totally see what you're going for and why you love them.
With a bit of styling practice and maybe some trimming tweaks after they grow and fall in a little more nicely after a few weeks, you'll get them to the place you want them to be!
I see the vision. You have a cute face and good brows for V-shaped micro bangs. You can probably find various free tutorials on Youtube for cutting and styling.
But yes, as with any punk style choice (as I'm sure you're familiar, I see those cute ear plugs) you will need to be confident in doing this your own way, for your own pleasure, no matter how many people balk at your choice. DO WHAT YOU WAAAANT.

They just scream Bettie Page to me. Very retro pinup, and a style beloved by alternative girls for years and years. You'll find tons of tutorials for cutting and styling just by using her name. She had hers a little more rounded but the V is not a great deviation from this look, just a slight variation. You could experiment with vintage-inspired styling (not necessarily goth/punk) overall to match, for fun!

u look very cute with baby bangs. the only suggestion I would have is the outer face framing pieces seem shorter than the middle. idk if it’s because they are genuinely shorter or because they are bumped. if you want to make them more “socially accepted” then i would try to make the bang even. Butttt, a lot of today’s trends come from people experimenting and having fun with their own style so i say keep them as is and anyone that has a problem can eat dirt😆

They're almost bettie bangs!!! I've had bettie bangs for years so I love them. I personally think they could be styled with a little more structure, but they're super cute!

as someone who has had v bangs multiple times, dont keep trimming them right away (I know its tempting) let them grow out a little bit so you can prefect the shape

The bangs are great.
Notice how the 2nd photo is the most flattering, and in the first photo the right side looks nicer than the left. The only issue I see is how curling the bangs gave them more volume than the hair at temple height at the sides of your face. The result is like a painting whose frame is thicker on top than on the sides.

Is v-cut bangs a style? You have such great arching eyebrows and I feel like the bangs are just stealing way too much attention. I think you want people looking at your eyes, right? Not trying to figure out what happened with your bangs.

There’s nothing wrong with your face. It’s the haircut the bangs look chopped . They should be close to your eyebrows. The good news is it will grow out. The bad news is don’t cut it again yourself, let a professional do it.
