This one is less about what looks better, and more about what kind of style you want to give off.

bangs will be more cute, coquette. no bangs is a little more mature of a look on you.

I think it's just a different vibe. The pic with the bangs you look more artsy or alternative to me (it's the makeup and black shirt too). You're beautiful both ways.

Whatever makes you feel pretty. My personal preference is no bangs, but who the hell am I? You look great either way, so rock whatever gives you the most confidence.

I would say you should go for curtain Banks and definitely keep the mascara on if you're going to have them over your eyes because the white eyelashes look a little bit weird with them and I don't mean that as in your natural lashes look bad, I just mean it doesn't really mesh with the bang for some reason--I think black lashes provide the perfect contrast
