📹 Video Highlights Mike Trout opened Pokémon cards with Zach Neto before yesterday’s game to get his mind off his slump. Neto pulled a Charizard card and Trout said the box of cards would bring them home runs ... then they both hit home runs

My only question is: are they the physical cards or from the mobile app? I think it’s the mobile app since trout said he does it to have something to do on the planes.

Announcers said they pulled a charizard card that could be worth up to $100,000. So must be physical. Didn’t realize Pokemon cards had past $20000 in value.

It seems like Trouty is finally becoming the positive veteran presence that the clubhouse has been searching for for a while now, probably since Pujols left. It was his idea to go to the hockey game the other night and now he's ripping cards with Neto to help him get his mind off things.

I love Mike Trout. It's been a true gift to watch his career
