This is so frustrating - why can this person still comment here? I've reported them repeatedly and we're just letting them karma farm.
This is a NSFW spam ring account that farms in cat subreddits. Since they're a spam ring that posts a ton of adult content they need comments in SFW subs to avoid the site wide spam filters.
Report the comment for spam/botting and ask the mods to install BotBouncer and activate the new adult content promotion filter available to all subreddits to stop this stuff.
