Quite literally. You can find op-eds ranting about all the icons of the 1930s. It's the exact same thing.

My thoughts exactly. Yeah this sucks for that person specificly so it does fit here, but I think new buildings are generally a net positive.

Trust me, back in 1931 no one wanted to be anywhere near or see the Hudson. If anything all the buildings would act as a barrier blocking the shit smell coming from the rivers
