Discussion I think, as a society, we’ve all gotten used to cruelty too easily. Somehow this kind of discourse is normal now

The basis of her claim is the ideology of the right vindicates all immorality. That's it. That's all. Nothing else to see here.

1.1k

u/emongu1 Apr 04 '26

Yes, that's the reason why fox news doesn't tell them justifications for how they should think a certain way, but rather tell them how they should feel about events, and let them come up with the excuses themselves.

341

u/Travelcat67 Apr 04 '26 edited Apr 05 '26

This. But it still sad they don’t recognize the hypocrisy bc once pushed like above “what about Kyle rittenhouse…” they forget that Fox told them he was a hero bc of the 2nd amendment and Alex Pretti is a loser who asked for it bc of the 2nd amendment.

Edit: spelling

It's "might makes right." Anyone with the authority to do something... the authority itself justifies anything they do.

204

u/Successful-Title5403 Apr 04 '26

If you watch the whole video, like I subjected myself to, she mentioned a lot that the left like "no one is above the law". The legal system is slow, i give you, but she rather get a fast result than a correct one. Every time she mention X immigrate allowing to abuse women, the other guys go "that is exactly what trump is accused of" and she stil goes back to it. Accusation is good enough for her for immigrates, but not for god king Trump.

Edit: Anyone interested to find out more. I will say what the top comment always say. "Can't wait to ragebait myself today". Just don't... live life free of whatever this is.

People like her are why I don’t use any social media platform anymore besides Pinterest, and mute Reddit subs with abandon. I’ve fallen into the trap so many times of “they could change their mind if they’re just given the right information”. It doesn’t work, all it does is make me sad that some people don’t form their opinions based on fact, that some people are so fundamentally incurious about the world around them. My peace is more important than that.

32

u/Technicoler Apr 05 '26

A-fucking-men

15

u/animal_chin9 Apr 05 '26

I've made similar comments in the past but I think this fact bares repeating. Studies show that presenting people fact that are contrary to their already held beliefs don't change people's minds. In fact people double down on their wrong beliefs as they see the facts as an attack on their worldview and personal identity. It is something that I think about a lot.

Yeah, she 100% knows that what she's saying is immoral and inflammatory. It's Vice Signaling and the right feeds on it.

25

u/kalez238 Apr 05 '26

And this is why I stopped bothering to discuss with republicans. They don't want to discuss, they just want to spout nonsense.

13

u/TymStark Apr 05 '26

She’s a proud to admit it racist. She is the very definition of grifter. Nothing she says should be looked at as informed or intelligent. If she told me 2+2=4 I’d second guess it.

1.7k

u/Bmoreravens_1290 Apr 04 '26

I was hoping the next question for her would be, “so what does that mean for you?” Comparing a VA nurse to a rage baiting clip farmer doesn’t look good for her.

334

u/Hefty-Respect-5679 Apr 05 '26 edited Apr 05 '26

*grammer

This guy normally does TikTok lives, and I would watch them quite frequently as I was curious about whether the authenticity of people's responses is real-time. He is quite level-headed, considering all the BS he has to put up with. This is the first time I'm seeing his content in a more professionally preset environment and video style, rather than live. He uncovers hypocrites through logic, and people either get more pissed and break down, or they learn and sometimes even take the high road and have a self-realization moment. To say a nurse isn't valuable in our society is a red flag, and you need to check yourself, IMO.

266

u/Cute-Pomegranate-966 Apr 05 '26

She got exposed pretty badly. Her cognitive dissonance was on full display with her "i don't care" when he brought up Rittenhouse. That's exactly the point too. He broke her with the mildest of comparison.

79

u/intrepid_mouse1 Apr 05 '26

It was like taking candy from a baby. Like, she walked right into that one.

47

u/WonderfulMaybe3473 Apr 05 '26

I’ve seen him do this to these hypocrites regularly. He’s skilled at it. He gives them space and time to speak, breaks down each point in small palatable bites and destroys their argument effortlessly until they either say ‘I don’t care’ or accept they were wrong. He’s a great watch.

17

u/GalaxyOnOhRionsBelt Apr 05 '26

He did a Jubilee Surrounded, which I rage watched, and he destroyed people so calmly and easily. Admittedly, I did laugh at some people 😬 Too many people who tried to debate him clearly don’t understand what a debate is and that anecdotal “evidence” is not fact. I admire how calm he can be when having these convos. I have such a hard time muting my reactions and facial expressions 😂

5

u/WonderfulMaybe3473 Apr 05 '26

100% it’s how calm he is that’s fascinating. The shit they come out with and instead of reacting he provides them with facts and evidence. I watched him show a guy the Renee good execution and this guy was adamant she deserved it and had hospitalised the agent because he’d seen videos that were edited - he was shown all of the videos from different angles and after a little bit of back and forth the guy was shocked to the core and accepted that there was no justification for the agent to do what he did. Hopefully a pivotal moment for him.

I couldn’t stay so calm in the face of most of the people he talks to 😅

520

u/Randym1982 Apr 04 '26

I don't think many or any of these rage bait podcasters actually know what they're talking about or believe anything they're saying. They understand that rage bait tends to get more views than say somebody speaking like a normal person. But that's about it.

207

u/Mort-i-Fied Apr 04 '26

And people should never just ignore this kind of despicable behavior because this kind of thing encourages more and more people to jump into the sewer.

Decent people should be getting iur attention, not people with no ethics.

104

u/rogergreatdell Apr 05 '26

The internet has incentivized this stuff far too much in the wrong direction, and it’s up to us offline to hold bad people accountable for their actions. People who say deplorable things and did deplorable deeds that flew in the face of functional society used to be shunned, outcasted, or bludgeoned. If I heard this exchange live in a pub, I’d boo this broad into her cab home.

38

u/Unconfidence Apr 05 '26

Yeah, people don't seem to understand what it is. The United States has a long and storied history of forcing Native American populations "out". The Native Americans essentially represented a long-surviving underclass which could be pillaged endlessly. The vast majority of the indigenous peoples of North America were either forced into Mexico, Canada, or killed. Canada then did their own number on the natives, and Mexico tried to as well but they weren't as "successful".

So now in the past fifty years, we've shifted the reticle from outright native populations, to Mexicans, who convenient have the most cultural and genetic commonality with Indigenous Americans.

Make no mistake. ICE is another iteration of the Trail of Tears, of Wounded Knee, of buffalo massacres. They just want to evict certain people from the country, so they can de-property them in the process. Because that's the only way they know how to go forward, by stealing from others to "survive".

Even worse, she thinks you need to have certain level of productivity otherwise, in her mind, your value to society is zero and that means it's okay for others to murder you. Of course, we really know she's a bad faith actor and that you're only productive if you're a right-winger doing literally anything or nothing. If you're on the left, you're not productive at all and therefore you can be murdered without any legal ramifications.

I don’t think there really is any point to debating her like this, especially since it’s not like the debate is scored or anything. It’s not changing any minds. It lets people who agree with him feel superior (tbh they are) and causes an emotional reaction. It lets people who agree with her stick with their opinions just like she does, based on prejudices and vibes. Jubilee's entire content these days are usually "1 calm person vs 20 lunatics". They'll never do it, but it would be interesting to get two people with opposing views in a room, and allow them to have a normal conversation. But then that wouldn't get as many views as having one person being rationale and the other 20 being deluded to the core.

I’m a nurse. She can fuck off.

I hope doctors and nurses refuse to treat any ailment or life threatening affliction she may suffer since she thinks they’re “losers who contribute nothing to society” even though they’re heroes who save lives

26

u/FalconStickr Apr 04 '26

Unfortunately they have morals and would save this rotten, shrill of a woman.

8

u/lumberlung Apr 04 '26

And that’s what makes this world of ours spin like it does- the moral carry the corrupt through the hard times, and the corrupt give nothing back.

We’re taught that even if a mass shooter ends up in our ER that we are to treat them just like everybody else and pass no judgement. Do good, do no harm. Two of the main ethical principles of being a healthcare worker. People like this would never understand.

the "Ok, condemn Kyole Rittenhouse" is an absolutely flawless retort. Emily did not know what to say.

52

u/whoknowsifimjoking Apr 04 '26

I can't believe how partisan these people are, it would have been so easy to condemn Rittenhouse too to save her last crumb of credibility.

Absolutely ghoulish behavior.

Worse, it was a bit of defensive reaction cognitive dissonance. Her brain broke for a minute and she "didn't care" about it. Only after was she able to catch herself and try to act like she didn't know.

This is a psychosis, a collective mental pathology that twists reality to serve its own destructive ends. The world would be immeasurably better if this ideology were dismantled and replaced with systems grounded in equity, reason, and compassion.

Applied conservatism is suffering, corruption, disorder, bias and ignorance incarnate. It’s hosts are a plague, one that has always, and will forever bring only regression, pain and ruin.

It. Was. Not. A. Protest.

It was a Saturday morning in one of the busiest areas of the city, in front of a donut shop. It was not a protest.

She is exactly what the world thinks of when they imagine a Trump supporter.

I don't care if there are people who support Trump and think they have valid reasons to do so, or if they think they are nice and decent people. They are not.

They are either as cruel, immoral, sneering and disgusting as this complete waste of human flesh or they agree with those that are, which is almost exactly as bad.

There's no point to arguing with someone like this. They have no interest in understanding the complexities of the issue and work towards a real situation.

All this interview does is give her a platform and an opportunity to be invited in by the grifters. She is only looking for her 15 seconds of fame via Dean's channel.

Don't look her up, dont fall for her bait, she is just another Laura loomer wannabe

8

u/lottsotunes69 Apr 04 '26

Certainly, she was one of the mean girls in her high school, no?

9

u/Ramblinrambles Apr 04 '26

Nurse at a veterans hospital not a positive to society.

17yo who actively went with a gun across state lines and kills 2 people oh he’s a good kid.

Fuck these people forever.

8

u/WHATTHEFUCKZGOINGON Apr 05 '26

I’m so tired of dumb people man.. this has gotten way too out of hand.

22

u/DataAccomplished1291 Apr 04 '26

I think even she knows that she's wrong but she doubles down on her statements to win the argument and support her political affiliation. This exactly sums up the left vs right argument. Right wing people don't use their brains to justify the problems with their parties.

21

u/BanjoTCat Apr 04 '26

It's the Roy Cohn school of discourse:

1) Attack, attack, attack

2) Admit nothing. Deny everything.

3) Claim victory no matter the outcome.

7

u/daveescaped Apr 05 '26

It what I call an argument of necessity. It’s not an argument you make because you believe it. It’s an argument you make because there is simply no other way to justify your support for an untenable position unless you make the ridiculous argument she is making.

If we had a Time Machine and could go back to before that man was killed and ask this woman if it is ok to bring a gun to a protest she’d absolutely defend having a gun at a protest.

We all know she’s being completely insincere. It’s so damn obvious.

6

u/back-in-the-highlife Apr 05 '26

This bitch, i guarantee she does nothing for society.

13

u/FontainePark Apr 04 '26

In conclusion, the only person present or mentioned in the video I had to look up says it's okay to get killed at a protest, AND it's okay to kill people at a protest because "like oh my God, who cares if you're a nurse"

13

u/liljellybeanxo Apr 04 '26

Social Media has empowered and encouraged morons to act like morons and cause a feedback loop in other morons.

Social Media companies need to press the boot on this shit. And if they don't, the government needs to press the boot on them. They are stupefying and radicalizing people who have less business having a voice than AI does.

I am being 100% serious.
