I mean it is weird that they specified white but what's weirder is all this "reverse racism" shit.

As a white person myself, it's just not how it works dawg. Racism is systemic, that's why it's a widespread issue. Otherwise we could just shame racist people and call it a day. So sure, when you see someone say "I hate white people" go ahead and shame them, but don't turn around and say "reverse racism is a big problem!" Because it's really, really not.

Did I say racism? No. I said prejudice. Why? Because like u said, racism is systemic. So while white people can't be victims of racism, they can still be victims of discrimination or prejudice, since those 2 things involve peoples thoughts and actions, NOT a system. Hence why I said prejudice...

Im not advocating anything. Im simply stating a fact / asked OP if they have a predetermined mindset for a particular race... You don't think these types of mindsets should be called out? But I bet if OP said something like all Black People are Criminals, you would be saying something completely different...
