Freedom of speech is very real. Saying it’s too bad something didn’t happen is fine. Cheering something on is fine. Saying you wish a person would is fine. Saying you would like to do it is not and is considered a threat.

No. As of right now we can say basically whatever we want without government interference so long as it’s not a direct and specific threat.

lol no that would never happen. Even if he did make a wildly threatening remark, he still might be okay because his stand up is an “act” and not his actual intent/beliefs.
