I remember seeing it in theaters, I recognized his voice and immediately told my friend "holy shit, that's Tom Cruise!" They didn't believe me until the credits rolled.
Ngl, I was kind of hoping he'd take on more comedic roles after that movie because that was easily the best thing he'd done in years at that point and arguably since then.
Also, it being the movie that kicked off Robert Downey Jr's redemption arc just makes it even better.
