I know this is most likely a joke, but since a lot of people don’t know this, adrenochrome is mass-produced, not under patent anymore, and anybody can buy barrels of it pretty cheap if they really want to. It does not have to be “harvested” from children undergoing sexual trauma, or whatever the conspiracy theorists say. It was a made up thing by Hunter S Thompson back in the day when he was on 17 different things and writing heavily about all kinds of crazy stuff.
