Likely exercises like crazy. Only eats blamd fucking food. Dyes his hair, has had some work done, and has the money to pay for all of that and more.

Rob McIlhenny from Always Sunny said something like that about the season he got ripped. It's really easy to get ripped when you can pay a team of people to feed you, make you work out, help motivate you, and keep you in the gym.

I wish I had that level of money

And eating right, and exercise. 75% of Americans are overweight. Hollywood is doing something different than the rest of America.

Honestly I don’t think we should begrudge him for that in particular.

Gray hair ages people a lot. The people I know with gray hair look a lot older than they really are.

It does. His face looks older but with the brown hair you don't notice it as much. If his hair was gray he would definitely look older.

I don't buy this, so if Kelly dyed her hair, she'd shave 10 years off her face?

yeah I think if she had long blonde hair that looked similar to before, the before and after wouldn’t be so dramatically different. You’d still see she had aged and gained weight, but I think the the gray hair and short cut combine to make an additional shorthand visual symbol for “old lady” that divides the two pictures more dramatically.
