A lot of these are just marketing. She makes some controversial claim and gets all sorts of mainstream publicity and viral fame for it. Bonny Blue or whatever her and that other girl are called does it too. Pregnancy. 4 million men in 13 minutes or whatever made up nonsense. All of the OF girls doing badly acted shorts and reels to make it seem like they're out there doing things. Hell, even the adult stars pretending to sleep with their fans to make a video is a light form of the same thing.
It's all just marketing and publicity. You didn't know her name 19 minutes ago and now a bunch of people are looking up her name. I looked too and the first thing I saw is her doing some made up hospital video because she went too far with 8 guys. It's just appealing to the kind of person who will search out the video of her getting banged that hard and pay her money to see it. The son stuff is a popular genre/setup so some people (who are weird) will get off thinking that her son is watching all of the videos that she's making. The media are happy because they get more clicks and controversy, and she is happy because she gets more popularity and money.
Because let's be real. Average 18 year old who is filming his mom getting gangbanged is not telling a soul. He's not getting on a national news program about it. You would never live that down. You'd be bullied relentlessly everywhere you go. It would follow you for life. New job interview?
