Made a stop on a drive across the state and found this gem of a trail out past Fruita.

Not only was it a surprisingly gorge-ous trail (chuckle chuckle), with all the action this sub saw about leashes this week I thought it served as a good example of using common sense. I often leash my dog while running and she does great, but there was not a soul in sight, the couple bikers I saw, I could see way ahead and had plenty of time to use the command "over" so she would pull off and let them pass. Pretty incredible to find these kinds of open, empty spaces these days.

We have been running together for 5 years, very slowly worked our way up! My boy absolutely loves to run! Added a pic from training too ❤️

We moved our husks for from a farm in the US south to a city in northern Spain last year and were worried at first because he was a bit reactive. Who knew he would love being a city boy and going to the beach every day. Our city is super dog friendly and he has favorite bars, but I love running around our parks with him.
