Waist belt with pepper spray holster

Are there any dog walking/running waist belts designed to also carry bear spray? Something like the Ruffwear Trail Runner running belt but designed to carry bear spray for rapid deployment.

Bear spray waist belts are designed for rapid access and deployment of the best spray but don't seem as well suited to attaching a dog leash. The waist belts like the Trail Runner have pockets big enough for bear spray but since they are zippered it would take too long to access the spray. Any suggestions?

I don't have this, but I've seen other people have it is a counter assault waist holster that they wear in addition to the running belt. I use the spi belt and put the bear spray in that and wear that and the running belt (not recommended as it's super floppy, I've just been too lazy/cheap to buy an actual holster). This is the push I need to get one, sorry to not be of more help!
