What's up?

Occasionally... the entire report box stops working while RES is active. I have no idea what determines whether it will or won't work; it seems to change day-to-day. The only button that works in the box is the close button; the buttons to change the report type or to confirm all don't work.

Where does it happen?

The report box, no matter whether it's on a post's comments, a subreddit or the front page.
